I have a young gallery, and I decided to stake on the young and ambitious. I am interested in developing artists, building a career with them, implementing projects, experimenting.
Plus, we show a section of young art, a fragment, this word gave the name to the gallery. First of all, many people do not accept contemporary art, reject it, they are afraid to understand and understand. But I believe these are all temporary difficulties. It is necessary to actively work with the audience, try to interest it, start speaking the same language. We work with young artists under the age of 35, but this is not the most important thing. First of all, we pay attention to the projects that the artist makes, his track record.

The past exhibitions, the collections in which his works ended up, are there any residences, participation in the Biennale, and so on – all this helps determine how promising an artist is, how important his career and professional growth are to him. I also try to ask for advice from the curators we work with, I go to art reviews of art school graduates.
This is a systematic work, and I must say that we are always in search of good projects and new artists. I am sure that the market will develop, but this development is impossible without the participation of all interested parties, not only from the gallery business, but also from the public, cultural institutions, and the state in the end. I define my tasks as work to promote and create a career for artists not only in Estonia, but also abroad, as well as interaction with a wide audience, which could potentially be interested in contemporary art.
To do this, we use all modern communication methods: on my Instagram, where there are already more than 100 thousand subscribers, I talk every day about art, business, everyday life of a gallery owner and an artist, and the ArtFragment telegram channel was also recently launched, which tells all the main news from the world of art simple, interesting and on time. Next in line are educational courses and a website.
